COUNSELING FOR PARENTS
Parenting is sacred work. Immensely difficult, joyous, isolating, life-affirming, life-altering and deeply, deeply sacred work. I strive to honor all the complexity and contradiction inherent in birthing, loving and caring for children as I hold space for single parents, co-parents, mothers, fathers, and caregivers of all kinds. Your goal may be to parent in greater alignment with your values, connect more meaningfully with your co-parent, or to reconnect with yourself after becoming a caregiver. Working with parents is my passion and calling and I'm so looking forward to hearing from you to see if my offerings can support your parenting journey.

This is truly a space to come as you are. And however you arrive, I'm already honored to be invited into your story; to learn about your history, how you inhabit this very moment, and how you envision your life in the future. We will dig deep, take pause, create space, get curious, learn and unlearn, and explore what you would need to be walking in meaning, purpose, integrity, self-compassion and peace in this one precious life you have. I'm so looking forward to hearing from you.
COUPLES AND FAMILY COUNSELING
It's my belief that healing occurs most powerfully in the context of community and relationship. I work with partners, spouses, parents and their children, and family dyads and groups bound by DNA, choice, or necessity to unearth the strengths and legacies that serve them and say a gentle but firm goodbye to those that do not. We can begin right where you and your relationship are. Whether you want to work toward better communication, healthier boundaries, deeper connectivity, or creating more balance and equity, we will explore what each individual would need to arrive in the couple or family with more genuineness, grace, and love. I consider it holy, cherished work to bring a compassionate heart and open mind into the space of yearning for better relationships. Please reach out to let me know how I can be of service to you and those you love.
